I Am Who I Am.....

I don't know about you but I have been thru somethings and it hasn't been an easy road to become who I am today. I also know that I am no where near done but I know I have grown from where I was.

In our journey's we grow from season to season. We change and evolve from one version of us to another. Sometimes we change so much that we scare ourselves because we weren't prepared to change that much. Other times it happens slowly. So slowly that we have to stop and look back and then we notice the change.

Then there's times that it's a purposeful change. One we meant to do like losing weight or changing a habit. Those are the ones that sometimes we feel like we aren't changing because we are watching too hard. Like when you're standing at the stove watching the pot of water waiting for it to boil and it seems to take forever, but if you walk away it seems to start boiling in the blink of an eye. (You know it was just waiting for you to walk away to do it's thing.)

No matter how the changes happen and who you evolve into for that season not everyone is going to like you or support you. I want you to know that it's ok.

Don't be afraid to be proud of who you've become in this new season. You worked hard to get here. Life is all about growing and sometimes we out grow people, places and things. It's ok! This is a part of the process. Don't hide who you've evolved into to satisfy someone else.

Always be proud and happy to just be you, whoever the new you is. Happy growing!
