Have Faith In Me!

There are many times in this life that you will need to have faith. Sometimes you need to have faith for big things that you are not capable of doing on your own. Other times you will need to have faith just to get yourself up the stairs because you did to many squats this morning and you can't even make it up to bed on your own. Whatever you are having to have faith for you need to know some things.
Faith is not something that you can hold physically in your hand. (Unless your baby's name is Faith then yes you can hold her physically.) Faith is complete trust, confidence or deep belief in something or someone. God has asked that you have faith in Him and that you trust that He is working things out for your good. His plans for you are for good and not evil.
About 6 years ago my family and I were in a process of moving and God had warned me of the move 5 years prior. He knew what He was doing. He knew where He was taking us, but I had no clue how it was all going to work out or where we were going. As a mom just jumping into the unknown and telling my family to come along for the ride was a HUGE challenge. And anyone who knows me knows that I am not one to be out of control so you can imagine my anxious mind when God said "Your moving so prepare" and left it at that.
But during the preparation He told me this........
Have faith in me!
Have faith that I am opening doors for you and that I will take care of all of it all the way through.
Have faith that I will not let you down.
Have faith that doors are opening in your favor.
Have faith that you are my child and I love you more than you will ever know.
Have faith that your life is changing and what's old will pass away and what's new will be greater then ever before.
Have faith that I am by your side and always will be.
Do it and trust that it will be done for you as needed and as asked for.
This is a new life for you and your family I promise it will be better then it's ever been before.
~God
Notice He told me repeatedly to have FAITH! He's not asking us to work it all out ourselves. He's not telling us that He will watch to make sure things are ok while we do everything. He is tell us to have FAITH & TRUST in Him. Don't get me wrong there are things that you will physically have to do along the way but first and foremost have FAITH in Him and He will guide you through the rest.
I pray that you would stretch yourself to have faith for the things you can't do for yourself even if it's just getting up those stairs tonight.
