Someday...

Someday...

Someday....that's a word we use too often when we wish or hope to do something. But does "someday" ever come? Do you ever really see "someday"? Is it like tomorrow? It's always today never tomorrow and never someday.

Why are we waiting around for "someday" when we can do it TODAY?

Do you tell yourself "someday" I will get another job, "someday" I will find the person that makes me truly happy, "someday" I will go on my dream trip, or "someday I will lose the weight? Whatever your "someday" is how can you make it your TODAY? What things do you have to do to make your "someday" a reality instead of a wish or a hope?

Make some choices today to start moving in a positive direction toward your goals. Write down those things that you hope to do "someday". I know you're probably thinking "Why do I need to write this stuff down? I already know what I want to do someday, and writing it down won't make it happen." Just humor me! It makes a difference when you write things down and place them where you can see them daily as a reminder that this is my new start. Things are changing from here on out.

Start out small. Every small step will eventually lead to AMAZING results. Changing your situation does not have to happen overnight. (In most cases, there are exceptions to this) If you make little changes everyday and stay consistent you will soon see results.

I know you're thinking "But you don't know my situation or circumstance!" You're right, I don't. But I do know that if you are truly ready to make a change then you will do anything it takes to get there.

Don't let your "someday" over shadow your TODAY, because one day it will all be gone and you will have missed your chance to do all you wished and hoped for.
